Getting your business’ Cloud File Server set up is very easy. Simply create and organize as many folders and sub-folders as you need, then use these folders to store and share documents, photos, CAD drawings, Photoshop files, videos, music and more. You can define folder permissions (such as view, download, edit or delete) for other users, even customers if you want to share files with them. The files and folders can be accessed from your desktop or laptop computer via a mapped drive or through the Internet using a web browser.

Your computers can be configured for important files and folders to be automatically backed-up to the Cloud File Server on a scheduled, continual or On Demand basis. The initial back up comprehensive, backing up all selected files. Subsequent backups are designed to back up only few files or changes to existing files.

The backup process is very secure. All files are encrypted during transmission. It is also fast, as files are compressed prior to transmission and only new or changed files are sent to the Cloud File Server.

All backed up files are instantly available for access. They can be viewed using a web browser, and backed up files and folders can be restored with a single click.
