Hardware Services
Our Hardware Installation service provides complete installation, including necessary software drivers, of any internal or external hardware component. This includes items such as memory, CD/DVD drives, video or sound cards, printers, scanners and digital cameras. It does not include motherboard and/or CPU installation.
The Motherboard and/or CPU Installation service offers complete
installation of a new motherboard and/or CPU, including necessary software
drivers. This service includes reseating of all internal components
installed on the original motherboard, but does not include installation
of new components.
The Hard Drive Upgrade with Data Copy service involves replacing an existing hard drive and copying the entire contents of the old drive to the new one.
To completely and permanently erase all contents on a hard drive, choose the Hard Drive Reformat Only service. This low-level format utilizes the Department of Defense standards for data erasure.
The Hard Drive Reformat & Operating System Reinstallation service provides a fresh start for your computer with a high-level format of the hard drive followed by a clean installation of the Windows operating system. Client must provide a properly licensed copy of the Windows installation media. A successful installation is defined as the computer booting up and showing the desktop with a START button.
