Return Policy: Hardware items and unopened software may be returned within 14 calendar days for a full refund of the product purchase price (except for shipping), less a 25% restocking fee. Opened software can only be exchanged for the same title and version only. Downloadable software is non-refundable once the download is complete and/or the activation code has been e-mailed to you. No returns or exchanges will be made after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. An RMA number must be obtained from Calibre Computer Solutions prior to returning any items. Any items returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will be made in the form of a business check, which will be issued within 30 days from the date of our receipt of the product.
