"The personal service is spectacular. Scott and his staff are always kind. The phone is almost always answered live rather than me having to leave a voicemail message and wait hours for a phone call back.
A while back, I bought a laptop on QVC. It was one of those impulse buys -- where it sounded like a great deal, but I hadn't done the research to see if it was really what I needed.
